Does Balence of Nature really work?

Ive been seeing this ads for a health supplement capsule called Balence of Nature.The product is supposed to be a concentrated extract of fruits and vegetables that are supposed to promote general health and well-being.Do they actually work or are they just a placebo?

It can be humans, that normally is. It can be some natural disaster or other animals. But, that normally just brings new balance to things again
