Right or left handed

Had to get an injection in my left elbow today and can't use that arm much because it is sore. I am right handed so I am good. I can still do everything I need to with one hand.

I have tendonitis in my right wrist. It never gets better. I live alone so I HAVE to use my right hand.

I had surgery on my left shoulder about five years ago, and I can't do heavy lifting with that arm because I can't sleep afterward from the aching.

Basically, I am effed.

@4meAndyou I have been dealing with this for a couple of years and the only thing that helps is getting a needle stuck in my elbow. I am sorry you are having so much pain.

@Spracer I am sorry for you, also. I had a friend who had it in his elbow, and says he had surgery and now it's all better.
