I hate incompetent healthcare workers!

Spent half the day trying to get answers. The home health nurse, who is filling in for vacations, called this morning with lab results from yesterday. We were given the values but no instructions as to medicine dosages since one test fell out of therapeutic range. Come to find out they were not faxed to the doctors office. So after numerous phone calls, e-mails and text messages I finally got tonight’s medications dosages and prescription refills. I need a nap!!!
