I dunno about offical, but I think there was a married astronaut couple that went into space and admited that they'd done their own experiments.

It would probably have a lot of problems. First would be getting / maintaining an erection. We know micro gravity does some things with the blood vessels, so that might actually cause some problems with the mechanisms for an erection. Also, the fluids, and micro gravity....seems messy, also the vagina might not really lube up properly making it painful.
