Horse people, do you treat your horses like a big dog?

A friend of mine had horses and one of them would go bananas when he would see her and get like zoomies like a big dog, he was legit excited to see her

Ive heard of horses who would go in the house and raid the sugar bowl..

I guess that was back in the day when people had bowls of sugar cubes on their table..
