@meggie No. They only live on the east coast of Australia.
It is thought there are only 2000 left.

@Gusman we had a badger in our garden last summer. We get foxes, hedgehogs, squirrels and lots of birdlife here. Nearby there are muntjac deer we see, but they don't come into the garden.
