I Like to Be Touched

Too bad I have never had a relationship with anyone, ever, and I'm 24. The last person I hugged and kissed was my grandmother a week ago. On the rare occasions that a friend hugs me, it feels great, because I am so damn touch-starved. Freaking Americans are so against touching...because it's automatically seen as sexual or intimate when it doesn't have to be. I grew up with a Hispanic mother, who ALWAYS hugged and kissed her friends hello and goodbye. Why can't we be more open like that...? Don't be shy to hug your friends!
