I could not agree more.

I don't help people expecting anything in return from them... or even some kind of divine payback. Life doesn't seem to work that way, in any case.

I think it's good to try to be as kind as possible, because it's the right thing to do and makes you feel better about yourself in the long run.

This never works for me, I either get laughed at or misunderstood. 🙄
