I love reconnecting with her, even if if I am on guard

I left Adelina for Desmond for a reason. I try to remind of that. After a prolonged period of time when her and I were separated, Desmond and I had a baby together. Ever since she’s met my son Lucas though, she has absolutely adored him. I love seeing her with him because I know she loves him. She’s told me herself she sees me in him.

The most heartwarming thing about this is that Desmond himself has said Adelina and I make a good couple. But I was sure to warn him (and her) that I don’t want to be hurt by her again. As much as I love her, I won’t tolerate her putting me through what she has before. Especially now that I have Lucas.

Just waiting for her answer. Like I’ve said, it’s a big decision for her regardless, so I’ll just wait.
