I hate myself for still caring for you.

Sometimes we build what we can not maintain.

I know I'll always be nobody in your head and memories but can you erase me from your heart?

I'm there when you sleep.

I'm there when you weep.

I'm there when you scream.

I cry your tears for you out of empathy and hold you when you try and rip your pillow to pieces..

because you can't escape the cage you made for yourself.

Just try.. just try and find me again.. before it's too late.

I almost died in the hospital recently amd you'd never even know.. is that what you always wanted? Is that what you hope for most of all?
