I know and it sucks, but can I suggest you live it... let the pain and the missing his touch flow through you. It is the way to get it out of you and gone... live it.

Live it because you don't want to again live the other part of it.

Its taken 13 yts to finally block my ex out , but i had to find a way to distract myself till the pain left

Sometimes our memories of the touch are better than the touch ever might have been.
