Sometimes I just want a long, loving hug. To hold and be held. Anything beyond that seems completely impossible, and even this dream feels unattainable. Got to push through the touch starvation to get back to numbness. Comfortable numbness.

But you won't do yourself any favors by becoming numb and resigning yourself to being lonely or wanting to die or feeling like you aren't good enough. Fight those feelings when you can.
