i know she’s safer with me 💯 but that doesn’t make any of this easier. i still feel shitty for just up and leaving him, and i hate that everything has gotten to this point. i never wanted things to be this complicated, especially for our daughter. 😭

@glossyheart I don't know for sure but I imagine it can be used for some things, such as the restraining order. Propensity for violence right there. I mean, who the hell throws something at any baby but especially his own baby?

@glossyheart You need to get a lawyer and get some legal protections in place. If you were married, then that's an issue you need to deal with. You are in a very fragile position and you need to take action quickly to protect yourself.
