2016, two of my brothers were murdered.
I was devastated of course, but then I had to pull it all together because I had to notify the family and prepare for arrivals, and find answers to the questions that I knew were coming. I am the eldest and it has always been my duty to lead and find a way.
No matter what condition that I find myself in.
So I did.
Have I healed from it?
Not fully, no.
And I don't expect that I ever will.
But I have sought therapy and have found a way to reconstruct my life and find a way to say "Just give it one more day."

@PoeticPlay murdered..! That's horrific I'm so sorry. Being the eldest really can be really pressuring.
I'm glad you've found some support and have found some ways to move forward, a day at a time.
