It cost me a lot when I did. Speaking from the heart felt right at the time, but it wasn’t received the way I hoped. So maybe not everything needs to be said out loud…but if it weighs on the heart, it’s probably already speaking in other ways. And honestly, sometimes I wonder if it’s just the heart being dramatic again, maybe it needs to chill before I hand it the mic next time.
@mindstruggle sometimes things are better left unsaid ...sometimes the aftermath it will bring isn't worth it
