This is part of the process. Some days, you'll be perfectly fine. Some days, you need whatever distraction works for you. And some days, you're going to have trouble breathing because it hurts so bad.

Over time, you'll have more days where you're fine, and your need for distraction will less, and the pain will be just a dull sense of loss in the background.

But it does take time.

@DunningKruger if I'm being honest this wasn't fun to read because of how true it seems...I want to fast forward to when I'm over her but ik that's impossible
So thank you I needed to hear this

@Anonym0usperson Life is hard. There are no shortcuts for somethings. But your situation will work out in time.

@DunningKruger I hope so

Well if you could replace drinking and staying up with the good kinda busy like working out and maybe picking up a new hobby? Not only will it distract you, but it will also boost up your self confidence

Easier said than done though, I know the feeling and I hope you shake it off soon!

@IamBack ya I'm definitely looking into working out and eating better so hopefully I can fix my sleep schedule and stay away from alcohol
Thank you<3
