I Have a Broken Heart

@Silverwings And they wouldn't want to lose you, either. I haven't seen my recently-widowed mother in a long time. I hate it, but I just lost my dad in August and the very idea that I could have this thing, not know it, and pass it to my mother shakes me to my core. It's killing people of ages above approximately 14, but the people who are having the hardest time appear to be older people. You can disagree, but I wouldn't hold their feet to the fire over this. Hopefully, this is fleeting!

@SilverwingsI am sorry to hear younhave lost loved ones, as hard as it is for you, remember your family are doing this to keep you safe, and just think how hard it is for your daughter knowing this is how you are feeling about it all. You are united in your need to be safe, in your hurt as well. Maybe find a new way to interact until it's over.

@Silverwings I am hoping having the opportunity to speak it out, you will find a way to accept and remind yourself it is not forever, and that your daughter loves you more than anything. 🤗

@WatercolourWildFlowers Thank you, and yes i know that is true, I doubt seriously that would have been her decision, her husband is being over protective i feel, although many do not agree. I just have to suck it up buttercup, that is her favorite saying.
