The gift 🎁 of my parents
This whole holiday vacation was a gift from my parents for Chiara and me, to try to give us a good feeling of love to undermine the year of trauma we have experienced together. I have sat here on the beach and summed up, not that I should have really, they have spent about twenty thousand Euros on us!
I’m thinking that my brother might have made the suggestion. I remember telling him this is one place I should love to visit. He may well have made a contribution too, I don’t suppose I will ever know. He’s not likely to say anything about it except maybe that he thought we would enjoy it here.
Our flight on Friday isn’t very early and so we will likely have a night in Dubai. I think it will be interesting to us both. We need to think about the laws of the UAE 🇦🇪 before we do anything.
