It always makes me slightly irritated when someone says “no one will ever love you like I do”

No way, really?

Of course no one else will love how they do, because they are unique, with their own experiences.

You don’t ever love anyone the same way, you don’t ever fall in love the same way twice. No one else can love anyone the way you do because there is no second copy of you.

If 5 ppl all fell in love with the same person, not one of them will love or fall in love with that person the same way.

I can understand how that may come across as a manipulative statement.

Also I like what you said about love being unique each time. I never thought of it that way.
It is usually said in a manipulative way.

I’m just explaining the lack of logic behind their statement. @SinlessOnslaught
@deathfairy You have good intuition.
The most beautiful thing about love is that it evolves. Who we are in one relationship isn’t who we’ll be in the next. So of course it won’t look the same. That doesn’t make it less real tho.
Yeah, even we won’t fall in love w the same person the same way twice.

And just looking at it from just a pure love stance, you love your mom diff how you love your dad, diff how you love your lover, your siblings, a friend. No one is loved the same way. @mindstruggle
