Women - can you explain 'squirting'? It is actually pleasurable? How do you make it happen? Can any women do it? How can a lover make you squirt?

I've never seen it, or been with a woman who (a) could do it and/or (b) expressed an interest in trying to do it.

So I have zero understanding of it or experience with seeing it and/or making it happen for a woman.
