I am remembering the fights of my parents and I now see that it wasn't between them...it was within themselves.

And each other was simply either holding space or playing along.
What is love, I wonder.
Sometimes, love means staying, sometimes love means going.

It seems so odd that people would never argue or fight in front of friends or in public ,that side of them was reserved for family the ones they should have been ashamed to do it in front of.

@being I hated the fights as a kid blamed one parent for everything but as i got older, learned it was 50/50
