Did they give her a mouth guard?

I grind in my sleep too, for years. It did eventually loosen them because it causes too much impact on the bone underneath. It got to the point I was losing my teeth. Just be careful and maybe get a bite guard so it doesn't cause any problems

something could be out of alignment, maybe see a chiropractor. they can fix problems no medical trained doctor will acknowledge exists.
