To be loved

My 23 yo daughter went to the dentist for tooth pain and found out she has a grinding/clenching problem, most likely in her sleep. She told her boyfriend, who said, Oh, I've noticed you've started grinding in your sleep. She asked what he does when it happens, and he said he MASSAGES HER JAW until she stops. AND NEVER EVEN TOLD HER about it. That's a man, people. A real man.

I grind in my sleep too, for years. It did eventually loosen them because it causes too much impact on the bone underneath. It got to the point I was losing my teeth. Just be careful and maybe get a bite guard so it doesn't cause any problems
