2 - CHEESE AND PICKLE
3 - TUNA MAYONNAISE
4 - EGG AND CRESS
5 - CHICKEN SALAD

I've never had #2, #3, or #4. Substitute grilled cheese, egg salad, and tuna salad, and it's a good list from my experience.
