Even though things are not okay right now, he makes it real easy to forget

I’ve been laying in bed with Desmond, watching a movie with him while he holds me. Things are not going well for me in my home life, but being with him makes everything feel okay. I can just lean into him and forget everything. I’m so thankful he’s able to stay around right now. He makes this easier to get through.
