Just one more day before she’s gone and he’s here

I’m having mixed feelings. On one hand, I’m sad about my wife going away until next Tuesday. Really sad, like usual. I’m going to miss her. On the other hand, my Desmond, who I’ve been really missing for a while is finally going to be with me tomorrow, which I’m excited for. When it comes down to it, I’m also a little nervous about what that’s going to do for me mentally. My hope is that Desmond being with me will distract me from missing my wife. Either that or it’ll be a mix of feeling happy and feeling lost that will just disorient me the whole time. Guess it’s a matter of how strong and how focused I’m able to be.
