heart is good. health good. I started getting a plan with a doctor for my later years when I turned 40. I remember my first doctor (not my current i moved) saying "eat less." It cracked me up how blunt he was.
But I did lose weight long long ago. I think parf of you mid to late years is making with your primary care phsyician and trying to follow their advice as much as you can. Most of them will say
eat less / eat healthy
less sugars
less drinking
get sleep
ect ect but all those little things plus the blood tests kinda add up.

Yes. I eat healthy and take hawthorn berry, CoQ10, and krill oil supplements.
