Would you as a straight person date a trans man/woman?

Especially interested in the answers of people who consider trans women/men to be genuine members of that gender.

@Penny Most mtf folks probably still have a fully functional penis but hormone therapy can affect its' size and any pleasure as estrogen will impact that. They actually have intense pain during an orgasm. At least that is what I've been told by my friend. Their desire to be a different gender outweighs all of that.
