Yeah, I think that’s called having a crush. Maybe putting someone on a pedestal? It’s infatuation. No one can ever personified everything that you want. People are flawed. I remember being head over heels for some girls. After I realized they were just using for me for attention, I realized they weren’t as great as they were.

@SW-User maybe. I guess it's hard not ever getting to experience the person in that way. You never know if they have stinky feet or a crappy morning attitude. All you know is the great side they show you and your left wondering what if. And comparison is the thief of joy yet still I can't help feel like ..they aren't him though. Meh. I'll get over it hopefully...

@MizzO your imaginations can be dangerous if left unchecked. You’ll probably find someone better. Someone that will be as happy to hold you as you hold them back. It’s best to distance from this person than it’s to lose yourself over something that’s not meant to be. After a while, you’ll think to yourself “he wasn’t that great as I thought.”
