Do you mean it

I no longer say it to anyone except my kid and my two siblings. It means a great deal. I have learned that in general, most people who say it, don't know what it actually means and those words don't mean a GD thing.

I always mean it when I say it to my children. I have not said it to a partner in quite some time and the next time I do (if ever) that person would have to mean a lot to me.

I only say it when I’m feeling like it’s overflowing.
I never say it as a retort.

I try to say it when I feel it, and not say it when I don't...

For the most part I mean it.

I mostly avoid the word because it's so loaded now and open to various interpretations. Apparently "I love you" is the most commonly uttered lie. It is better to show it by our actions if we really mean it, in my opinion.

I mean it… but there’s also levels of love for me. I have a love/care for friends in general but love for my wife and my parents and stuff… that’s different.
