It's not necessary that both individuals have accurate same like and unlikes ... hobbies passions, perception can be vary but if mutual respect,understanding and accepted personal freedom is there then love blooms and grow more

The most rational thing I've seen says that love works best when you have shared life goals. You can do hobbies together or apart, and personal preferences can be worked around in a lot of ways. So long as you can move together in the same general life direction, you'll be good to go. However, when you work towards opposing goals is when the resentment and feelings of being held back to start to arise.
