Do you need love to live?

You definitely need love. You can have food and shelter but another persons care helps relieve the burden of living

All living beings are hardwired to seek love. Occasionally there can systems breakdowns. But otherwise we need emotional nourishment along with physical substances.

Maslow had it backwards.

Yeah sure we need the food and water and some shelter, but without love, I don't see any reason to be alive. This is THE REASON.

You need growth, goals, things to focus on. I don't believe love or interdependency to be necessary, society was designed to help with most of your needs. Craving validation is more or less an instinct for us.

I definitely need tonnes of love ,lots of care ,pampering and positivity ,but the question is -who will give that,except me ?

No, not to survive. Facing life without the people I loved and knew loved me, though, the [b]will[/b] to live is sometimes a struggle.
