Same as kids in dormitories at boarding school.
- pay your share of rent and utilities on time every time
- keep the rules & be present at every meeting
- don't talk about or reveal anything personal beyond a few trivial basics
- don't criticise or give advice
- be polite and mildly friendly at all times but don't get too close
- don't get involved in disputes between others and don't gossip
- keep your bed, wardrobe and things tidy
- wash up after yourself and do your share of the chores on time (timetable)
- use earplugs & earmuffs if they are noisy, eye mask if lights on late
- when you need to be alone go out to a park or library

@IsaacDeSnuts Yep. I remember youth hostels while travelling - peeps crowded into one room, one to a bunk.
A couple underneath my bunk spent the night noisy and bumping.
The whole bunk shook.
No way to sleep through that one.
The next night I found another hostel. Fortunately that one was no prob.
If it's you that wants to do the loving, I guess you'll have to try it during the day while they're out, or find another place.
I don't suppose there's any space in the attic, is there?
