How do you tell someone you’re upset and hurt because of something they either did or they didn’t do without having it come out wrong?

Me: Freudian slip..

I usually don't say anything unless it becomes a pattern of obvious bad behavior on their part.

You've just got to begin 'saying' once you start it will make sense .

What you must never do is say nothing at all. Truth will always Always . Set you free .

I'd rather keep it to myself. Sometimes I try explaining myself and it comes out wrong and makes it worse

Maybe give that person a delicious sandwich before telling them. It will lessen the blow.
I just let stuff come out honestly, which sounds wrong sometimes.

The only way that you could be hurt by what someone else says to you, is if what they say holds an inkling of truth in it. You might need to evaluate yourself, and find out why that hurt you. If they were saying it to hurt you, and it isn't true, don't give it another thought, let alone be bothered by their false statement.

“It hurts you know, when you…”
Redgarnet · 22-25, F
I just say it straight to their face

Why? What did I do or didn't do?
