What do you do when you’re in love with someone you can’t have?

I'd say that when you truly love someone you would be okay with that person no longer being in your life. Because you love them no matter what. My first true love could no longer speak to me because of his new girlfriend at the time (now wife) is very jealous. She doesn't allow him female friends. I miss the person I used to know and love and just have to be okay with it and hope he is happy.
