I used to have more hair, skin with very little amounts of spots..

Hate got to me so much that I started not caring about myself. As a result, my looks changed.
A few years passed and I remembered that, it's not who I am.
I probably wrote this before: There was a Jim Carrey speech where he says '... please choose love'.
It hit me and boosted my realization.
Remember to love yourself. Love others.
There maybe times when you have to fight.
Fight for love.
