@Shauniex best thing you can do is just keep finding self interests, for yourself.. hobbies and things you like etc.. it’s very difficult because the thing we end wanting most at the time is the thing we lost.. but it simply helps you build up your character more, and helps to very slowly dissipate some of the pain and longings that are remnant from past events..
