The speed in which I listen to the Joe Rogan podcast

So I'm listening to the Joe Rogan podcast and each podcast is like three hours long, ain't nobody got time for that, so I up the playback speed setting to twice normal and to me it sounds like his guests talk twice as fast but when Joe Rogan is talking it still sounds pretty similar to the normal 1 speed setting on the playback. So is it just me or is Joe Rogan purposely talking slow so that his podcast plays longer. Or is this some tinfoil hat type thinking.

@calicuz try it for real though because I swear I'm right on this. But it might also be that he's been podcasting and commentating for so long that he just pronunciates so well that even at the higher playback he still sounds normal.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I think that's something he probably learned from other linguistis or social types. He's had a lot of really smart people on that show and I think Joe likes learning things.

@Queendragonfly Everything mostly sports, martial arts, comedy, history, social media type stuff. I personally like it when he has the more academic guests, but I can watch most of his podcasts and be entertained.
