What kind of pen shoulde I use to write to my true love, a quill or a dip pen?

I went to Sainsbury's Local. I couldn't find any 13-inch turkey feathers. Not even a single nib for my dip pen. How inferior these stores are! Now what shall I, the most refined man, use for writing letters to my true love?

the paper is more important

@1490wayb Would it be better, if I use rag paper? I am quite fond of the colour of the paper sold these days, They never discolour, but it is not thick enough for a refined ink and nibs of mine.
