My sisters and I are all single by choice, though my two sisters have live-in boyfriends. The three of us have always been very athletic and physically active, which means we do a lot of athletic oriented stuff together, including gymnastics.
My sisters co-own a fitness center in my old home town not far from my parent's tobacco & vegetable farm and I assisted them in getting started in business and coming up with a business plan.
We're not in each other's faces, but when they both feel like getting away from town (and boyfriends) for a week of fun and frolic, they give me a call and we drop everything and start booking flights, sometimes only a few days in advance!

@swirlie all these sound very good indeed..:) how amazing to be able to do that, drop everything and arrange a fun time meet-up. You are holding a nice place too for them, when needed.

Oh, you're welcome! But it's not all good you know... when the 3 of us get together on a little vacation, our father would surely be disappointed in us if he were there too, probably disgusted if he actually knew for sure what had gone on!
Our mom just laughs when we share all the details...
