how can i not feel so annoyed when someone says ' that's it'

i just get so annoyed sometimes with people and their 'limitations', like someone will do so much, then say ' that's it, i'm going now' or people or someone will do so much, then 'stop' and end what they're doing or saying? and i feel really angry towards that because i want more from that person....don't want them to just stop, have their limits, and say ' that's it'? i clench my teeth and want them to do more and more and more!! and more!! all the time!!

why am i like this? i know it puts people off me but i can't help it, i just want more from people and feel really angry when they stop and say 'that's it'.

“Why am I like this”? Gee, who knows! Probably the way you grew up…most our problems are rooted in childhood. You seem to me dissatisfied with the way things are. If u want change, lower ur expectations!
