One thing I’ve noticed when it comes down toxic people - is that they feel the need to talk at a pace of a thousand miles an hour’ … never allowing others who are speaking at a gradual pace … taking breathing moments to explain into their conversation

It’s bizarre

I quietly observed this a little while ago in the presence of a very self entitled person who , there was a strong sense of urgency about them … I care about them and actually had a few moments of concern for them because I could feel they were just covering up what actually lay beneath the blabbering surface

This didn’t bring me peace

I felt hopeless tbh

“”they are who they are” I thought to myself … “we are all different” but sure the love remains because I’m a lover not a hater

So after they left I felt so exhausted mentally and wanted to switch off as quickly as possible , it was then that I turned to reading and learning more and more about the human mind

It’s fascinating yet tiresome

All I know is that toxic people make a lot of empty noise and talk above and around others who are introverted etc

( less than them in their words )

Yet the only problem in the room - is them.


It starts and ends with them.

And the feeling of relief after the noise and bad vibe leaves the room is astounding … I mean it’s liberating

I wish things were different with them , hopefully in time it will be but if it isn’t then I know I will not be able to live through that kind of atmosphere

I would have to make my excuses and be elsewhere bc my health matters to me

I wish them well but yeah their whole fast talking , loud talking thing doesn’t wash with me … after all that jibber jabbering I remember nothing at all about any of it - lol seriously it went out of the window when they started talking and I mentally tuned out

So sure narcissists love to dominate the room and dismiss the “little people or those they think are below them around them” as though they are unseen but ultimately it’s us quiet folk who are the wise observers and we know that all their talking comes down to them saying absolutely nothing at all.
