My stomach hurts from anxiety

I have a sick feeling
Like I know something is true
But the evidence I says otherwise

I feel like my partner doesn’t love me
Even though he says he does
And he looks after me
Is patient
And buys me cute presents
Has cute nicknames for me

But why do I feel like he hates me Instead

Because your afraid of being hurt so you push people rather than embrace them and the thoughts can be so so real it makes you believe he hates you or he doesn't want you my advice is to chat to someone before it takes a hold of you and makes your life a misery

@wombat1234 that's good that's why you need to work on also tell him as well so he can support you too but don't smother him too as that can have the opposite effect 🙂
