how come workers on helplines make you feel worse
i live alone and have no support apart from my elderly folks who live far away and i sometimes phone helplines...but there's times i get off the phone feeling worser than i did before i phoned.
a while back i lost my temper with one worker because they were non responsive on the call and when they did respond they were negative....so they hung up on me.
