I Like to Write About How I Feel

I don't know how to interact with people anymore and I feel like my relationships with friends are suffering because of it.

You can follow their lead. However they interact with you, you respond in kind. For example: they call/you call...they visit/you visit...they ignore you/you start looking for another friend.
