should i feel nervous with migrants and asylum seekers roaming the streets
i've seen a few near me, one lone migrant wandering the street in the dim evening just near me, dark grey skies up above...with all the bad press you hear about illegal migrants, it can make you very nervous about stepping foot outside...i already handle social anxiety and ptsd....so i feel even more nervous knowing there are these types outside near me.
what can i do? also i cannot move as i'm settled here, been here 18 years now in this council flat.
