Writing your thoughts do help

I believe when you write your thoughts, you arrange and evaluate them. I kind of therapeutic. You go into introspection mood. You open up with yourself. In case , you share your thoughts with strangers (just like we do here) , it is even more better. You feel heard and that give you some relief.
