Scenario : How would you feel? What would you do?

Let’s say you went out your way to help a family member at their lowest when they called you. You bring them into your home with your family. You help them get to where they need to be whether spiritually , mentally, emotionally whatever..

You involve them in your business and do business together.

Now your family member tells you they have a lawsuit and when they win the case they will make sure you are good because of how you helped them.

Some time later, they win and become a millionaire and your family member gives you $2000.

They make an excuse why they can’t just give everybody money, or he doesn’t want to give you money because of your spouse or significant other or children's father/mother .they don’t want them to benefit.

What are y’all thoughts?

I personally think that we cannot control what others do with their money. My mother always said, "Don't give what you don't have." Which meant that you shouldn't give anything if you are looking for something in return. You do things out of kindness and goodness. Do it because in your heart you know it's the right thing to do. Blessings and good things will come to you because of your integrity.

Do I think this person is ethically wrong? Of course. When it comes to ethics and morality, this person is definitely lacking in many areas to even consider doing someone like this. Another saying my mother says is, "Don't bite the hand that feeds you." So should this person lose their finances or need help spiritually or mentally, who can they turn to if they've burnt the bridges with those they once relied on and trusted? That is their karma. They can gain all the money in the world, but that money is nothing without genuine love. Money has no warmth. It's cold, and you can't buy love with it either. You can buy someone to keep you warm at night, but you cannot buy their feelings or mind. That's something money can never control. It can never control the intentions of the receiver or giver.

Whoever this person is that was kind enough to give without expecting to receive, there is a gift waiting for them somewhere via source. They must believe that. It may not be a million dollars, but whatever it is, I bet it's worth more than money can buy.
