I did that like a year ago for the same reason 👌 told myself it was time to rely on myself to help my own damn self because at the end of the day ourselves is all we really have. If you can't be there for yourself, then you're kinda screwed 🤷
You gotta know how to be alone, to hurt alone. Then make it out alone

I have been feeling that lately. I have wanted to hit that delete button so many timex in the last week. I know I will but not this second. The pain will take over and the panic and I will poof.

@SailorMarz I think it is! The reason most people need a quiet or serene environment to meditate is because that eliminates distractions that would prevent you from sensing yourself. Doing something mundane and boring like cleaning could do the same thing though because that can still free your mind to wander and explore you. This idea you have in this post could be your heart saying it wants more of that. 👀

@Reject and here I thought I was doing it a little too much lol

@SailorMarz Not at all! But there is one possible consequence with connecting to yourself too much. You become entirely self sufficient. To the point you start to hate people because they only threaten the peace you’ve made alone. Hatred should never be apart of your life for any reason. So be sure to still appreciate people even after you’ve become emotionally independent. Okay?
