@Niloo I will share something personal here. In 1981 when I was deployed at Guam, my serious girlfriend broke up with me so I actually act a cigarette in self harm. Thank goodness it came back up and I decided never to hurt myself again over something I didn’t cause.
You didn’t cause this. 😕

With my divorce I ended up with 4 children aged 5 to 10. I am familiar with the territory of feeling alone. My biggest mistake was letting her go with very little responsibility in their upbringing.
